Workshop covers: -step by step on how to mix basic dough by using stand mixer -how to mix dough with natural color powder -how to create the smooth surface and soft texture of mantou -how to utilise mould and tools for quicker characterising -tips on how to judge fermentation -tips of steaming smooth fluffy mantou -tips on storage of buns and way to resteam Lunch & beverages and all materials will be provided. You will be making a set of 4 different characters. Do have breakfast before coming & try not to arrange tight schedule as there might be 30 mins of delay in dismissal depending on fermentation and completion.
