How about making these adorable Character Dumplings to get your children love eating these Chinese staple food? Learn how to prepare everything from scratch including the filling & tips of pairing with different type of vegetables. These lovely Chinese dumplings are gonna please your picky children much! What you'll learn in this workshop: -How to prepare fillings (minced chicken) & you'll also pick up useful tips on how to mix & match different ingredients to make your preferred filling -How to knead & roll dough that is chewy and not easy to tear during process of wrapping -How to color the dough using natural coloured powder -How to wrap dumplings in different shape according to your preference -Tips of characterising the dumplings in fast and efficient way -Tips of cooking and storing dumplings Every participant will bring home a box of 12 character dumplings (5 designs) you will be making on your own during class. Photography and videography is allowed during class. All ingredients, materials & hard copy recipe handouts will be provided. Please have breakfast before attending as the session will take at least 4 to 4.5 hours.
